Once a person’s Heart reaches certain low levels, they undergo a negative personality shift. It is reversible.
Once a person’s Heart reaches critically low levels, they permanently lose some Heart. They may also undergo physical changes. It is not reversible.
If a person enters Necrosis too many times, they will lose all memory and sense of self, along with their ability to use Heart.
